- 2 nights in your own cabin (special exterior) during the comfortable crossing from Ijmuiden to Newcastle with DFDS Ferries.
- 2 nights in an enchanting, luxurious “COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL” in a very quiet and historic setting. A domain with an authentic Dear Park, harbouring one of the best restaurants of the region within its walls.
THE PENNINE ADVENTURE
- Low gear is a must ....... Team Spirit as usual ......
- A steep path dotted with "boulders" takes us to Dodd Fell, while in the meantime we enjoy the romantic panorama of Widdale .....
- You may already know "Mastiles Lane" ....... "Peacock Hill" ....
- Welcome back to the Pennines and finish with the repared "Dead Man’s Hill".

DAY 1
- Arrival at the DFDS Ferries Terminal at Ijmuiden from 12 am.
- Lunch possibility in fish restaurant next to the terminal.
- Check-in DFDS Ferries around 2 pm.
- 5-course buffet dinner on board.
- You may visit the ship’s piano bar, discotheque, shops, cinema or game tables.
- Enjoy the night in your comfortable exterior cabin.
DAY 2
- From 6.30 am extensive breakfast buffet. Meanwhile we arrive in Newcastle - disembarkation around 9 am hrs local time.
- Morning: Via rural roads from Masham with some well-known (?) beautiful 4x4 passages towards the Yorkshire Dales.
- Lunch: Lunch in a charming Yorkshire hotel.
- Afternoon: The second part of the road-book 4x4.
- Early evening: End of the road-book 4x4 with a "Afternnon drink at the local "INN".
- Around 6.30 pm we arrive in our “COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL”.
- From 7.30 pm onwards aperitif, followed by a "Yorkshire Fine Dining".
- A well-deserved rest, or relaxation in the pub.
DAY 3
- English Breakfast at 08.00 hrs.
- Start of the second road-book completely accompanied, with spectacular passages.
- Lunch: In a typical English Inn.
- Afternoon: From the heart of the "Dales" we start part II of the famous and authentic Roman Road, the "Pennine Way". A magnificent 4x4 track, 35 km long, offering you the most beautiful 4x4 panoramas of England, followed by a drink at the local "INN".
- Around 18.30 hrs we return to our Hotel.
- From 19.30 hrs onwards aperitif followed by "Yorkshire Fine Dining".
DAY 4
- English breakfast starting 8 am.
- Around 10.00 h. return to Newcastle.
- Lunch in the historic town of Durham + visit possible.
- Around 2 pm we drive back direction Newcastle.
- Check-in with DFDs Ferries in Hull around 2.45 pm.
- 5-course buffet dinner on board.
- You may visit the ship’s piano bar, discotheque, shops, cinema or game tables, and then enjoy the night in your comfortable exterior cabin.
DAY 5
- From 06.30 hrs onward extensive breakfast buffet.
- Arrival in Zeebrugge around 08.00 hrs Belgian time.
